When Big Brands Get Personal, Times Are Changing

Yeah....It's Coca-Cola, but that's the point. Even Coke is reading-out the trends in today's market around customers wanting to feel something personal with those they do business with. Too many business owners I speak with use the excuse that their product or service is a commodity. A dime a dozen, and that there is nothing unique about them or no way to get personal.  What if that's not true?
